About

Understand first. Then build.

I'm Ola, a Priority developer and implementer with years of experience in the field. I founded Methodly Flow to bring deep system knowledge together with an understanding of business needs through implementation, development and integrations.

Over the years, I have implemented Priority, worked in information systems teams and led the Priority function in-house.

That experience taught me to consider both the system and the people using it: their needs, the connections between processes and what each change means in daily work.

I believe Priority’s strength lies in combining its built-in modules and tools with development tailored to the business. First understand what needs to happen, assess what the system already supports and develop what is missing.

That approach also includes looking at manual routines: repetitive tasks are a reason to assess whether they can be simplified or automated. Each solution is part of a system that supports operations around the needs of the business.

Principles

What guides the work

1

The business before the solution

Understanding the process and goals defines what needs to be configured, connected or developed.

2

Built-in capabilities and custom development

An informed choice between existing functionality and development that extends it to meet your needs.

3

A solution tested against real workflows

Monitoring is part of the solution, so you can see what was completed and what needs attention.

4

Edge cases up front

Alongside the standard workflow, exceptions and likely changes are considered during planning.

Sounds like the way you want to work?

A first conversation is a chance to look at your process and see if it's a fit.
